| Bee Gill | After an outsourced delivery driver tossed my drywall on the wet sidewalk in front of the house and refused to help put it inside the front door "I've got other deliveries, you'll have to handle it yourself", a manager refunded our order. We'll probably end up having to repurchase what got wet and damaged. If a delivery driver can't take the time to bring an order intact, Home Depot may as well not offer delivery at all. Lowe's came with two people in PPE, who had no issue putting my items inside the front door to keep them safe from the elements. They even waited to make sure everything was in order before leaving. |
