I thought he was great. I feel like now I have a plumber if I ever need one again. In the future I will absolutely stick with him. He fixed our furnace. I felt comfortable around him from start to finish, him & my husband enjoyed talking shop while he worked. He's friendly, intelligent & his prices are fair & I know that because we got 2 other quotes before hiring him.

I would 100 recommend John Wilcox. They were easy to schedule an appointment with and provided regular communications appt confirmations, calls/texts when heading to your residence, invoices and receipts, etc. The were on-time for the appointment, and were extremely professional, courteous, and clean. They kept me in the loop during their visit, and always asked before installing something that would cost extra. We used them for a natural gas boiler service and hot water tank installation. I would recommend them to anyone I know, and will definitely be using them again when the time comes. For the price they charge middle of the road, not cheap and not expensive, I thought their work and quality was definitely worth it! Thank you John for the great services!

John Wilcox Plumbing is a superior company. We recently had a tankless water heater installed by them. John thoroughly explained everything about it in a way that could be easily understood and did not pressure us into buying. His employees showed up on time and were very neat about their work and courteous. They cleaned everything up when they were done and explained anything about the product that I needed to know. Their work is the best out there that I have seen and they are efficient. They are also very knowledgeable about the newer electronics on these newer devices for your home. They are truly the best in their business!
