Our shower valve recently got stuck and we needed a new cartridge. At first it was thought that we would have to take out part of the back wall to a closet to replace this but Keith Robinson took the time to make sure this was the only option. It turns out he was able to replace the cartridge and got our shower working in no time with zero construction! He saved my family a decent amount of money and was extremely kind and personable. I cannot thank him enough and hope he get the recognition he truly deserves. He knows exactly what he's doing and is a fantastic representation of J & A. Thank you Keith!!!

Giving these guys 2 stars instead of 1 because they were quick to show up and address/fix the problem. It all went down hill from there. These guys left our yard a mess and we were told “the yard would fix itself” with how saturated it was I thought they were kidding. Tire tracks from a bobcat were left in the yard, and are still there today. They did agree to come back out to try to fix the yard and squirt down walkways on a day it was snow covered and single digits which left our walkways like a skating rink, and yard with little to no improvement. After they cleaned up, noticed that they had put a hole in a wall, and ripped paint off removing drop cloths. In addition to this, they did not hook sump pump back up after I asked several times originally if they did this, and was told yes which caused dirt to wash away, so we had to have them come back out a 3rd time. They did complete the task of hooking the sump pump back up as far as I can tell, but again, area was left a mess. Made several attempts to contact them to address again with no response. Sadly, another local plumbing company just looking to get paid. The original quote from them was VERY high, and they were somehow quickly able to drop 1500 off of the price and dropped another 600 later. Don't let their price fool you.

From the time I placed my call for service, I was very pleased with the way I was treated. The technician came in the time frame that was given to me. Simon identified himself and explained everything to me from the time he arrived. Before doing any work, he checked with me and gave me an idea of what the cost would be. Simon was very professional and considerate of me and of my home. I will use J and A South Park again. I especially appreciate your service at a time of such uncertainty in our world. Thank you.
