Contracted by AHS to come out and fix hot water heater. He said it was under the manufacturer warranty, I told him that was not entirely correct. Rheem manufacturer for the hot water heater covered parts, but not labor and repair. Then he said the cover was broken on the gas valve, but then I watched him try and light the pilot with the "broken gas valve", then he said he couldn't diagnose because lights were not coming on. I was sent a new gas valve which he refused to replace. I asked him to call Rheem, he said ok and he left my house, never heard from again which was rude. Got a call from AHS saying they were not covering. Ended up having to replace with new hot water heater, 1531.00 This same repairman replaced my kitchen faucet which is still leaking.

They came to my house through my home warranty deceived me into believing my problem was much bigger then it was because they didn't have the right equipment took my service fee. Lied to my face and told me they were calling my insurance company as soon as they leave so I can get a guy out for a second opinion. My stepfather and I rented a snake from Home Depot and cleared my main drain these guys came out with a regular drain snake and told me I had a collasped pipe. Don't use these guys there rip offs

Came through home warranty... Arrived on time as promised. Did good work for me. Would call them back if needed.
