Amazing customer service from start to finish. I called John Schoeffling Plumbing in a panic when a plumbing catastrophe happened in our laundry room. We were having a new washer delivered and in preparing for the delivery we had to disconnect our old washer. Well.....BOTH of the shut off valves literally broke off in our hands - water was going everywhere! We quickly shut off the main shutoff valve to the house, but now what??? When I first called I was told that John could come to see us in the afternoon and I was ever so grateful. However, just a few minutes later, I received a return call that I was close to a location that he was just completing and he could stop by now instead of at the end of the day. Yes!!! John showed up a few minutes later and quickly had our plumbing dilemma fixed and we were back on track. John's pricing was very reasonable and the level of service he provided was amazing! He will be our go to plumber from this day forward! Thanks John!

I have had John over to fix/replace things 3 different times. He knocks it out of the park every time. He is very knowledgeable about his trade and always answers all my questions. His prices are right on point if not a little under. Don't look anywhere else. Choose John. He is the best.

We had a leak in our home that we could not pinpoint and John was able to identify the problem and got it corrected quickly and efficiently. Great service from the scheduling to completion. Would highly recommend.
