Mark Evans | Great work, excellent service, would call back again and again. |
Gudmundur Sigurdarson | Had them come out to do what I considered a small job of moving water shutoff valves because the last guy didn't put them on right there was also a leak from an awkard attic spot to inside the house where I was putting in an access panel. Because they where in an odd spot I didn't want to do the work myself, because I wanted to make sure it was finished off properly. They forgot to move the valves the first time around, so now I still have the valves I wanted to get rid of in the attic as well as a bunch of excess pex that I now would have to work around when putting insulation around the piping like I told them I was going to be doing. They came back to fix it, so now I another set of shutoff valves and the ones I wanted removed are still in my attic with the excess pipe. Now I am going to have to crawl up into an attic space and either fix it myself or pay someone else to come finish it off properly. The easy part of the job of replacing my shower drain was done really well and looks good. All in all I generally do not regret spending money with professionals but in this case I do, would not hire again. |
