Plumbing services by Vintage Tub & Bath in Mountain Top, Pennsylvania

Please be advised that after placing an order through Vintage Tub and Bath, it can take on average 4-5 weeks for your order to arrive. This timeline is not noted on their website, but when I followed up multiple times for updates on my order, I was told this was an average timeline for their company. When I suggested they provide this information online so that customers have more transparency, I was met with customer service representatives that had an attitude with me. My order took longer than 4 weeks to ship and after following up for the 4th time I was told I'd be given a call back for an update and did not receive the call back. Then, when my shipment arrived, one part as part of a set was too short and therefore unusable. I was told that it was my problem and met again with an attitude and customer service reps who interrupted me and told me, “I mean, I can talk to my manager but this isn't our problem”. After speaking with the manager, I was told I'd have to figure my issue out directly with the vendor because they are a third party supplier. The delay in shipment and lack of and unprofessional communication from customer service are all reasons why I will not use Vintage Tub and Bath for any future needs.

I used Vintage on my last complete master bath remodel to purchase a custom painted cast iron claw foot tub and plumbing fixtures. They were fabulous to work work from the beginning to a returned fixture to the last shipment which was back ordered. Their customer service is excellent. Also I had several workers tell me what a great deal I got on the cast iron tub. Apparently folks pay much more than I did!! I will be calling again on the next project! 5 stars
