Kind, honest, & a miracle worker : we knew from the start this man had integrity. Every other plumber/ac person we called charged 140 just to come out to your house without even looking. We had just been conned by the “county” plumber the day before. I guess b/c they won't be making parts for our ac unit in 2020, you can only have a “pin hole” leak filled with STOP LEAK. Had the other company bothered to even earn that 140, they would have seen the LARGE LEAK that Matt @ Phoenix found. Therefore never even bothering to offer STOP LEAK. This other company charged us for 7lbs of Freon for a “pin hole leak” that turned out to be the size of a finger. Then this guy told me to let it run, which in turn FRIED our compressor. Matt, who owns Phoenix Plumbing, worked with us & our ac works better than ever now. He basically built us a new compressor. EXCELLENT JOB!! He wasn't just out to force us into a new ac. His time definitely would have been better spent doing just about anything else. We WILL be replacing our unit with Phoenix. Matt has a wonderful business with a wonderful reputation. We had several people refer Phoenix Plumbing to us. He actually cares about people & isn't out to take anyone's money. He does great work & is a pleasure to know.

Matt is one of the best ! Always honest, reliable & does the job right. He has never let us down with his expertise of knowledge getting the job done.
