My husband and I put our house on the market a few weeks ago and last minute we found out that we needed a plumbing certificate from the township to be able to sell our home. We already had a buyer lined up so we were scrambling to get the work done that was needed in time before closing. We had gotten a very high estimate from another known plumbing company in the area who previously worked on a minor issue with our house. We decided to call around a little for a different quote but only had about 2 days to find another plumber and get a new estimate and get started on the workit was a very big job. I found Solution Based by Google search and called them up. They were so fast to get out there for a quick estimate, so quick with the paperwork needed too, everything in the beginning was completed within 24 hours. They gave us great pricing and we felt they were very honest about everything. They gave prompt call backs and we were in constant communication from start of the job to finish. They were very knowledgeable on the township's requirementsnot to mention, they handled everything for us with the township as well as the work needed to be done. I felt like they understood our situation right away, which helped us so much as we were under a lot of stress to begin with. I had spoken directly to Brad and Stacy in the office and dealt mostly with Josh regarding the job. The whole team was friendly, kind, knowledgeable and we were very satisfied with the whole experience working with the team! They have my recommendation for any major work needed on underground pipes, older pipe lines, and I would give them business again for smaller jobs as well.

Excellent Company

We Made appointment for an estimate to fix our shower due to a leak on a Thursday . I really wanted this proposal due to the excellent reviews this business has. I was told not to expect the proposal Friday because he had his kids half day but should be able to get it to me by Monday. I asked if needed my email address and he said he trusts his staff got my contact info when I made the appointment, Nothing on Monday and we wanted to get this done while I was out of work due to surgery and I Was home during the day. I called on Tuesday and the girl that answered said typically it takes a week for a proposal but that was the first I heard that, she said she would give the message I called to call me back. never heard back by phone or email. Guess they have enough work to blow us off!
