This was the third time McHales has done a home improvement for us. We had two bathrooms and a kitchen done previously and were extremely satisfied with the work that was done. Most recently we had another bathroom renovated. The team was excellent! Under the leadership of Mike M. the entire team Luis S., Nick Z., Doug, Austin, Ben, Pete, John B., Steve and Jenny were exceptionally professional and highly skilled. We called McHale's on Sunday and scheduled them to come out Monday afternoon for a small leak at the base of our toilet, and to get a quote on having a trap placed on our utility sinkIt had a very small leak also. We were told we'd get a phone call Monday morning to give us a window of when the tech would arrive. We never got a call. Around noon, my wife called up to inquire. We were told we'd still get a call when the tech was on his way. Monday afternoon came and went with no call. At 8:30PM Monday night, a McHale's tech showed up at our door unannounced. I will say, the tech was polite and informative enough. Here's the good part. McHale's wanted just shy of 550 to replace the wax ring on our toilet! That's not a typo. They wanted around 500 to install a strainer and trap! They also offered to just replace the toilet for the low, low price of 1000 They generously offered a 10 discount though, lol. This was by far the most outrageous quote I've ever received in my life. How this company stays in business price gouging like that is beyond me. Needless to say, after paying the 39 fee just for the tech to come to the house and quote me like that, I will never consider giving this company an ounce of my business again in life.

Joel Davis was dispatched to my location and was very responsive and appreciated my time schedule. He clearly explained what he needed to do and did it very quickly. He completely understood the sense of urgency of the situation and completed the required Lateral Sewer Inspection and submitted results timely. Based on his responsiveness i received approval from the township on the the same day. Great Experience. And he took his shoes off without being asked!
