Had an extremely satisfying experience purchasing a new central air system through this company. The sales rep provided more detail and more proposals than the competition hands down and the prices were lower something I wouldn't have expected given the extra focus on detail and options. Only had one small glitch with the system which and they were out the same day and corrected the issue without charge. If you live in the Lancaster area specifically Hempfield/Mountville/Centerville area I believe you'd be a fool to not include them in your comparison shopping or even skip the comparison shopping entirely. They were that good.

KUDOS to the Ranck team for professionalism from the time we called to the time the service call completed. Ben was professional, friendly and through in his work and explanation of what he found was the issue and how he resolved the issue. NO "sales pitch" or pressure to purchase other things we did not want. We were kept updated on technician arrival.
