Great place to work Manager Brian was a amazing DM i just felt like he could of had a better Supervisor running it. The Supervisor was always on the phone with coordinators talking about her employees which is very unprofessional and the employees were a bit childish. When you are new, a fast learner and good at what you do they feel threatened by you and talk behind your back and completely dont speak to you for no reason. It became a uncomfortable environment because of the employees turk and Amy where the biggest haters there they did not want to see anyone shine but there selves. Its sad but the truth I am grateful and thankful I had the experience but more happy I am no longer with that company due to the uncomfortable work environment other then that it would have been a 5 star place if they choose better team players and a Supervisor that was more professional.

Have been using this company for 17 yrs. No Problems. The phone operators are very helpful and get you to the right place promptly and get your service scheduled when needed. Their service contract is very good also as you don't have to remember to have seasonal checkups done. I am very old and remember what old services in general used to be like - you call, they come right away, chat with you about what is wrong and what needs to be fixed so that you understand and at the best cost, and then they fix it. That's what you get from ServiceMark.
