Honest & reliable company. We had to have our flue pipe replaced and could have been charged a lot more had their rep not told us we only needed a few pieces and the entire pipe didn't need replaced. As senior citizens on a fixed income we appreciate his honesty. I would recommend this business to anyone who asked me.

Great pizza and salad. In town for a few days and wanted to try a local eatery. Glad we did. Highly recommend. Lots of other options on the menu I'd like to try.

Got a hot water tank Thermostat changed. The worker was late by 9 minutes. He was "done" at 1:23 after being here a total of 14 minutes. I heard what sounded like a hissing. So I called back and they were sending him back out. He arrived again at 1:54 and stayed for 18 minutes, for a total of 32 minutes. Yet I was charged for 1.5 hours of work and for a part I didn't even get. I called she said he was there for 1:03 minutes and asked if I wanted to be charged for an additional hour since it was over by 3 minutes. Even though it technically wasn't. I said that I wanted to be charged for the work that he actually did vs didn't do. I said the boiler was on the the deep freeze was on. I understand that the sounds muffle the hissing sound that I heard. If he would have stayed a little longer vs leaving 14 minutes after he came. And took the time to make sure everything was okay we wouldn't have had this conversation. Her response was "we'll isn't Rheem paying for it"? I said yes but I'm not letting them be charged more for work you didn't do. Ever since they changed their name. They have been a different company. More about quantity than quality.
