| Jeff McCormack | I called for a slow drain in my basement. They came out, broke the snake in my pipe, made the situation worse and claimed it wasn't their fault. Took no responsibility. And still wanted to get paid for not fixing my slow drain and making it worse. Now my house has water sitting in every sink and the drained is completely clogged. And I've been hung up on by Richard and Ryan the plumbers who made my house worse and Sandy their very rude voice of the business. They have a 24hr service in which they would not send anyone out to fix the mistake that Richard and Ryan made. What a joke of a business. Hence the only business they get is from shady homeowners insurance companies. All of them I are crooks. DO NOT CALL FRAN TALYOR PLUMBING. They make things worse. |
