These guys did an amazing job on my basement. From start to finish they were professional and quick to provide service. Carl gave a solid quote which ended up being spot on. Jayna handled all the scheduling and was very friendly. When the day finally came the crew was on time and ready to work. Everyone on the crew was very professional and friendly. They clearly were experienced and knew what they had to do. They were on time every day and worked hard from start to finish. I'm very satisfied with the work and the overall experience working with America's Basement Contractors. Would recommend to anyone with any basement or foundation needs.

This company is excellent. One of the owners came to give a bid on my elderly mother's basement. He explained everything in great detail and did not try to oversell. He was practical. Being from Ohio I had to come quite a ways back to be there when the work was being done.The other owner worked with my schedule and was flexible and responsive. I was somewhat anxious as I heard so many nightmares about basement contractors taking advantage of people. Well-they did not. The crew that came in and I believe there were 5-6 were polite and hardworking. After the work was finished I had concerns about something and they came back down withing 2 hours from their location to Grove City to check on it knowing that I needed to get home which is a 5 hour drive. From my personal experience I would recommend them.

I am surprised about the negative review. I have been dealing with Carl and Jan for some time, and I have had nothing but the best experience with them both! They did an excellent job on one project, and I am looking forward to them doing other projects for me. I would absolutely, without hesitation, recommend them!
