Ivy Downs	We had Alexander's come out to do an estimate for us to replace the faucets, fixtures, and some piping in our shower/tub at our new home. When we got the quote it was over 2,500!!! We found another plumber in the same area whose work was fantastic and within our budget...actually his quote was 1,400 LESS than Alexander's. We feel that the company was trying to gouge us with a ridiculous quote. Do NOT work with this company.
Andrew Abreu	Came here to do the job but didn't follow through in the least. My parents contracted them to take care of a water leak in our front yard. They determined they would have to dig up a large portion of our yard to replace all the old pipes. We were okay with that. What was not okay was that in the process of doing this job, they cut our cable lines and lied to us regarding the fact that it happened they blamed it on us cutting it with a lawn mower..then subsequently left all excess dirt and soil from the job all over the yard. We attempted to contact them several times to get them to finish the job and actually clean up the mess they made but they ignored us. horrible customer service; do not hire them.
