| Aur Eali | They came to check what they need to do and charged 170.50. He said he was coming back the next day early in the morning between 8 -8:30. The next day was 9:30 and neither him or his company made any courtesy call to let us know they were late. I called and his office first said probably he was being held at the supply store. For my second call later they said they didn't know where he was or what he was doing ,but maybe was going to arrived in 20 minutes or more it was 9:30 already. And of course I cancel! I am so mad to have payed 170 for nothing! And they didn't even apologize. |
