| J. Riley | Just had a fantastic experience with Valdel Plumbing. Our 60 year old bathrooms were very dated. Our serviceman Tim from Valdel was great - very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He installed three comfort height elongated toilets and they look and function fantastic! In addition, the master bathroom is tight. Tim replaced our old larger corner wall mount sink with a beautiful white, slightly smaller corner wall mount sink. More space allocated to elongated toilet and less space to sink gives us better mobility in this small space. Everything is now right-sized' and really fits and updates the space. Tim gave extra attention to the visible pipes under sink making them look very attractive in shiny chrome. Great job Tim! Valdel has great customer service. They let us know when serviceman was on the way and also texted a photo so you know whom to expect. They were punctual and very neat while performing the work and in the final cleanup. Valdel was super in helping us do the work within our budget. We had conversations with the administrative staff, Tim, and Manager Joe as we planned and set up this project. All interactions were fantastic and professional. I can definitely recommend Valdel Plumbing and plan on using them again for our future plumbing projects. |
