Masciantonio has been our goto plumber for many years on our rental properties in Bridgeport. My wife and I had been very happy with their service. The last time we had them come out to do a job to move some pipes in a kitchen remodel. The technician was not someone we had ever seen before. He didn't ask questions and just did his work turned the water on and caused damage to the rental unit on the first floor. Water was spraying everywhere, in the walls, down through the ceiling. I called and talked to the woman that used to always answer the phone and she said the owner would call me back to discuss. He never called. My wife and I have been calling them over and over for new jobs leaving messages and never get a call back. We've been loyal customers for years. I don't know what's going on but lately we're very unhappy with them. We have backflow valves that need to be tested by the 12th of June and they just won't return our calls or voicemails. I used to recommend Masciantonio to everyone that asked for a plumber. I can't do that anymore unfortunately.
