Horrible. We had an appointment on Friday the 15 at 1:30 and they guy never showed up. We called at about 2:00 to see what was going on and are told he's on a job taking longer than expected. So we continue to wait. About 30 minutes later someone from the office calls to say that their work day will end soon so it doesn't look they'll make it at all, and asked if we would care to reschedule. She also kind of implied that we were in the wrong for making an appointment in the afternoon as they can never guarantee that jobs won't take longer than expected. My suggestion, then, would be to tell people that when they call you up and want to make an afternoon appointment instead of blaming them on the day YOU didn't show up as promised, but okay. So we rescheduled for Friday the 22 for the very first appointment and are told to be ready between 7:30 and 8:30 a.m. So at 8:35 my husband calls to see where this guy is and are told our appointment is not until the afternoon. We were confused about how this could have happened and angry. That's twice now my husband took either a day or a couple of hours off work to be here for the appointment. Whoever we spoke to was totally unapologetic. With the no show and the lack of apology it really shows that they had absolutely no respect for our time and didn't value us at all as potential new customers. It's wildly unprofessional.

Good place to gp

I have been using CV Wenger for my plumbing and sump pump needs for twenty years with excellent success. I recently had an electrical wiring problem with an outlet. I set up an appointment with an electrician to correct the issue. I am pleased to report that I received the same knowledgeable, friendly, service from the electrician. Highly recommend.
