Furnace started acting up so I called and scheduled for them to look at it, soonest they could come was 3 weeks out. I said ok and scheduled. They were supposed to come between 9-11am. I get a call that morning at 10am saying they are not coming, they don't have a technician to send. I said ok can we reschedule, lady tells me she can't reschedule that she has to check their calendar. Still waiting to hear back, terrible customer service. |
