Called on New Year's eve afternoon after our alarm went off because our pump was dead. Answered the phone right away, tried the rest of the day to get us in, calling back every time they said they would. Said they'd check in today, after the holiday, and first thing this morning called, a truck was on its way. Excellent cheerful customer service, and the technicians were great. Will use them again, for sure but I hope it won't be for a while!.

I had been told by a previous employee that my system needed to be re-done. I called speedy septic a few years later to get the project going because I felt that my system was in pretty bad shape due to the last conversation I had. Duane was very helpful. He stayed after hours to get the papers signed and happily answered every question I had. We set a date to have someone come out and do the work. The day it was to be done Duane called and told me that him and Bob were on site and that the informain I'd previously been given was incorrect and my septic did not need to be replaced and that I just had a couple hundred pounds of old roots that had grown in through an unsealed cap. Bob made a few necessary upgrades that the tank needed and went on with his day. I really appreciate the work they did and their honesty and great customer service. Will definitely call for future work.
