I called in early June because I needed some plumbing work done and was told they were very busy, so it would probably be July before they could do it and they'd call back with a date. Didn't happen, so I called back. "Maybe August, but please send us a photo of your faucet." I did. Nothing, so I called back and heard about how busy they were but that they'd get back to me ASAP. It's now the last day of September. If this is how a returning customer is treated, well, you might want to think twice or three times about doing business with them.
