Plumbing services by Chinook Plumbing in Hood River, Oregon

Clearly should have done more research before hiring them. My issues have been very similar to previous 1 star reviews here. We were quoted 120 an hour and conveniently overlooked the travel costs and the extra hand that would be charged an additional 70 an hour. Upon receiving the receipt I also discovered being charged 200 of the MOST expensive version of the part I could find. I called to have try and have the charges better explained to me where I was stopped and told they would contact me when they could get around to it. The final cost was almost 1500 to run a 50' gas line. This was considerably more expensive than I was led to believe during the initial quote.

We had a great experience with Chinook Plumbing. They were able to come out same day and when Jesse arrived, he immediately knew what the problem was. He was efficient, effective and gave us an option do some of the more time consuming, but not technical, aspects of the project ourselves to save money. Highly recommend!

They talked me out of having work done that really wouldn't have been ideal for my situation. I really appreciate the honest information. Will definitely use them for future projects.
