Cannot really say if they are good or bad. I was given a 90 minute window for someone to show up. After 2 1/2 hours I called. Lady said she would call the plumber and have him call me to say if he was late, or when he would be there. Waited 90 more minutes. Then I called back. Her response was "He hasn't called you yet?" They had my cell. I waited 4 hours until I could not wait anymore without any call. So I cancelled the appointment to call another plumber. Give it a shot. Maybe they will show up for you.
