A neighbor referred this company to us. Vitality, the owner was able to troubleshoot a sewer issue over the phone on a Sunday. His guidance enabled us to accomplish an immediate fix. Vitality followed up with us later the same day to ensure all was well. He provided maintenance recommendations which we later hired him to implement. He was communicative, offered a flexible appointment schedule, and provided real time arrival window.

It's Saturday afternoon-I walked into the garage to discover water dripping from the garage ceiling onto the hood of my car-eek! Who to call? I had no idea so just called two I had heard of-neither could accommodate our emergency. The last, Diligent, was the only one able to accommodate us same day. They came out, found our issue & fixed us up pretty quick. We're very happy, and now we have a “go-to” plumber when the need arises. Installed a garbage disposal and connections for a dishwasher. Was on time, fast, easy quick quote and booking. Left the space clean. Appreciated him telling us that it may be cheaper to have the dishwasher installed by the store we bought the dishwasher from than from him.
