Living "out of town", in our case about 50 miles east of Eugene, presents a challenge in itself, with many Eugene/Springfield professionals charging for travel, time and gas. We needed a ditch 30' long and 24" deep dug a.s.a.p., and Royal Flush advised us that a "ditch-witch" would be insufficient. Due to being up here already working on a neighbor's property, the employee on a small backhoe who dug out our ditch full of rocks, some quite large, reduced our cost by 100! We got the ditch done quickly and safely, and they fit us in on short notice, allowing us to move forward on our project before the autumn rains. This company is extraordinary in their efficiency and service. I had called a competitor who made three visits and could not simply find my septic tank and map my leach lines. In less than 1.5 hours, on one visit, Royal flush cleaned both tanks, demo'd and removed an old tank and found and mapped my leach lines. My irrigation and landscape project could now begin. They are so impressive I wish I could use them for my landscape work! My hero's! You've got to see this to believe it.
