| Jovan Garcia | Rented a shampooer, mind you I'm a regular customer I even have an account with them here. So I rented the hand attachment because I needed to shampoo my car carpet. I have a video which I showed a lady, and in it the hand attachment hardly dispenses any soap but most of it leaked on the driveway. The lady looks at it and calls the owner and he tells her what's happening, to which he says, "well what do you want me to do about it". He wanted me to get another machine, which I wasn't willing to do because I just wasted 40 for nothing. I ended up scrubbing by hand all 3 of my cars. Beyond disappointing, I could see him acting this way if I was a random dude trying to get something for free, but I'm, no excuse me, USED TO BE .a regular customer. I will take my business elsewhere. If I could give them a negative star I would. Shoot the employee who rented the machine out to me knows me since I was 8years old and I'm 31 now. You could do a million things right but people will always remember you for the ONE thing you did wrong, shame on you. |
