We operate a property management agency here in Bend. I will not use another plumbing company unless I absolutely have to. Severson is the best! They are incredibly responsive. There are weeks I have to reach out to them everyday, multiple times a day, and there is always someone there to answer the phone. Amanda is efficient and detail oriented, which is so important when it comes to scheduling service. Anthony is the most skilled/knowledgeable plumber I have ever worked with. We have thrown everything at him, and he always knows exactly what to do or not to do. Thank you Severson Plumbing, for making my job that much easier.
