| Marj Christiansen | Josh came to give our furnace a checkup. We'd not requested one in 5 years. He had a helper named Jared with him. Both very friendly, outgoing, and communicative. Josh was very thorough and among other things we discussed any further needs we might have concerning our furnace, such as a surge protector and the eventual need to have the blower fan cleaned. I was convinced by his good knowledge to join the service club which seems to be a very good thing to have. I would give more stars if they were available to give! |

Everyone we come in contact with from customer service reps Valarie and Christie to the technicians Rick,Josh and Shawn have all been professional, competent and courteous. We've had furnace issues and recently had both our water heaters replaced. Shawn spent the better part of a day installing the 2 new water heaters and was great. He kept us fully informed of when water would be shut off, did the job efficiently and made sure everything was to our satisfaction before departing. I will be using Roth again if I have any furnace, A/C or water heater issues in the future and would recommend them highly. |
