| Jill Vega | This company is AWFUL. They came out to check out water heater on Wednesday, by Wednesday night we had a gas smell coming from the hot water tank they worked on. We had the fire department out, they confirmed a gas leak coming from the heater that Kyle's plumbing worked on. We called Kyle's to have them come check their work. They refused, denied all blame, and told us it would be another 150 to have them fix what they broke. The receptionist was hateful and unhelpful. It was the worst experience we have ever had with a company. Save yourself the trouble- call ANYONE else. |
