They were out at our house within a couple hours, diagnosed the problem, and had the replacement parts ordered the same day. ASAP came out the next morning and did an emergency pump to get us by until the parts were delivered. The parts came in at 7:00 in the evening a couple days later and they were out that same evening working in the dark to get us back up and running. The best thing was there were no extra fees for working on Sunday or after hours! If you have septic issues I would highly recommend you call ASAP if you want to receive top notch customer service at a reasonable price. |
