Ashley Hickman	Lady who answered the phone told me her company would not help me because they can not work on other companies units. This unit was placed 3 years before we moved in, not "being able" to do service on a water heater that individuals would have no clue who installed it is rediculous, the previous owners husband could have put it in for all I know.
