We used Air Solutions to solve an electrical problem in our home. The two young men who responded to our call were prompt, courteous, and professional. In addition to being highly competent, they were engaging and personable; but business-like. Andy B was my service tech and he was outstanding. He was very professional and efficient. I would not hesitate to use him again. In fact, I will request him if need be. Air Solutions need to keep people like Andy as they are really their best sales people based upon the service they perform.

Had a heating issue with the holiday right around the corner. I made an after hours call and since I was safe for the night asked for an appointment for the next morning. The office called as I was told they would and the within the next 30 minutes I had a technician on site. Keith was very knowledgeable and very respectful of my time and property. He diagnosed the problem and was able to repair the issue by getting parts the same day. I enjoyed my experience with Keith and Air Solutions enough that I signed up for the service plan. Great job all around!!!!
