When we purchased shut off valves. And was told to open them when we got them home to make sure they fit and we did. When we returned the valves the old man was rude and said he shouldn't have taken them back they were open and not put back in the package correctly!! I am all for supporting local stores but they have officially lost my business after this last incident. |
