This is despite knowing the distance they are from me. Rather than calling and setting up an appt they just said they'd call me on a Monday and I asked for them to call me at 8am. They decided to wait until 11, after I was about to leave to take care of some stuff. When I expressed my frustration at their seemingly lack of poor coordination I was called rude and the lady said a tech would be out in an hour and a half and she hung up. Let's hope their plumbers are better at their job than their service representative. |
