Was scheduled with them by my home warranty. I took a couple days to get my appointment, then had to reschedule because of inclement weather not their fault. Since this was my first time using my home warranty and I read read a lot of negative comments online about American Home Shield ripping people off, I was worried I was going to end up shelling out a lot of cash. The technician was very friendly and professional and had my unit working in 30 minutes. Luckily my issue was covered by the program. I would definitely use them again.

This company was sent to my residence on an AC service call from American Home Shield. The initial visit I was told I needed a new coil, a new drip pan, and that my outside unit was old, not functioning correctly and was in need of several pounds of freon. Then they turned around and told AHS that every problem I had was caused by a supposed low capacity system which would not be covered by my warranty and that if I wanted them to do the repairs I would have to pay out of pocket for all of this. A separate company unaffiliated with AHS just left my house with a fully functioning system. They needed to replace NOTHING. The coil was dirty. That was literally the only thing wrong with my system. My honest opinion is either your technician is completely incompetent or you are participating in the scheme AHS has going on.
