Not only that, but I still had to pay them to come to see what the matter was, then I had to call an electrician to fix the issue. When I first called them about the problem and the warranty, I had to do all the legwork by calling the manufacturer and everything. So, pretty much they don't stand behind their work and I feel left out in the cold on the warranty for the tank. |
