Plumbing services by Locke Supply Co in Midwest City, Oklahoma

Thank you to the ONE decent person in that store who stayed and extra 5 minutes to get me the part for my HVAC system. I had called before I went to ask if they had the part and what time they closed. I walked in the door 1 minute before closing time, bad on my part yes I understand but I knew exactly what I needed. The guy in the plumbing Dept was very rude! The guys at the other end were as well. Pretty much called me a liar when I told them we just called. To the manager, the man that offered to help me, I didn't get his name, but you should be proud. He was walking out the door, but came back in to help me. The other older men, you should be ashamed! If they need to be out the door by noon, then maybe they should have told us on the phone that they were already closed. Human decency, look it up. Customer service, if they don't want to provide it get new employees. I still can't believe that people actually talk to people the way that I was spoken to. Hope they made it home to the fire they had to get to! And to the ONE guy, thank you!

Called them for a simple question and was put on hold for about 7 mins before I hung up.
