Andrea M	Horribly unprofessional. Did not arrive on the day promised and failed to call. We had to call them to find out if they would arrive. When they finally did show up, their plumbers failed to check the gas line before starting to work, resulting in several additional hours labor and several hundred dollars in parts - work we did not want and did not authorize. When we called to speak to the manager, he hung up on us although we remained calm and professional while trying to discuss the situation with him.
