Upon contacting them about the bill they were rude and unprofessional. I'll be sending them their unearned money and consider it a lesson learned on my part. If Kingfisher had more plumbing companies they wouldn't be able to operate in this capacity. It's sad you can't depend on this local company to operate in a professional manner.
