I have used Zap several times in the past and their work was exceptional and reasonable.On the last call they charged me three hundred and 13 dollars to replace a quick disconnect spray hose on my kitchen faucet.They charged 45 minutes to replace the spray hose on my kitchen faucet but were there only 15 minutes. How long would it take you to replace a quick disconnect hose? Also, they do not return calls. Maybe they are under new management.I would not recommend this company. |
| Kevin Miller | Bad experience! Be cautious. They came out for a service call on a system they already knew they didn't work on. They didn't do anything but step out and say they didn't work on it. They said prob no fee or maybe 50 which would have been OK. However we then got a bill for 140. I complained and the greedy owner charged an extra 150 fee and threatened a mechanics lien on my home unless I paid. He knows that is cheaper than hiring an attorney to remove it. Dishonest business practices. |
