He asked the service man if he thought they needed a new water heater. No, your water heater is fine. It was supposed to be a problem with as hose and a pin leak causing about 2 hours to repair since he didn't have the part and needed his boss to bring it to him. Bill about 274.00. They left and surprise no hot water. Next day they returned talked it over and my dad agreed on a new water heater. That was Changed out and a bill on a piece of paper was slipped into our mailbox. Not even a house call to explain the 749.00 bill, no warranty indicated in writing or about the water heater. I called, Eric he will not present a warranty on the purchase of the water heater to support the 6 year warranty. Said it's not needed. He has refused to return calls since. |
