Best service I've had our Plumber Ray went above and beyond he was on time , friendly , explained what was needed and you won't find another company that does not over charge you and very reasonable or professional . I will be having him back for any plumbing problems I have. I Appreciate honest people and Service and I've had plumbing and heating work done. I will be recommending ADVENT and Ray to my family and friends.

I called needing my heater fixed. It wouldn't ignite and Advent had put it in a year ago July. I was told they couldn't make it out for 8 days. We used space heaters and got through. The repair man came and said the gas valve had gone out and it was under warranty. He didn't have it but would be back the next morning. The next afternoon I called and asked when they would be here only to be told he called in sick and they were too short handed to send anyone else out with all of the emergency calls. I asked what is considered emergency and it is being without heat. Hmmm. That is me, and I am at this point 9 days from my first call! Day 10 I call and ask if anyone is coming. They say they are pretty busy and not sure! I tell the lady answering that we really need heat and we have waited a long time. At 1:15 in the afternoon she calls and says a technician is headed over now. He showed up at 4. On his way out the door he says I owe 195! The shocked look on my face made him pause and he waived the 50 service call. The 145 was for labor. I could have saved waiting days just sitting here and hired someone else. The service technician was courteous, but the rest of the experience was awful and they obviously don't back their work or value repeat business.

Great service. I needed them on the weekend and they were timely and didn't charge an arm and a leg.
