Do not under any circumstances work with this company. They used to be reputable but have drastically changed. We were in contact with some buyers with our house when they did an inspection. They fabricated that our house had leaks that were affecting house and foundation. Asking for 3,000 to just do an isolation test to find "leak" and then probably thousands more to fix it. They took advantage of our situation. We are out of state trying to sell our house. We had a fantastic buyer however their report ended up scaring our buyers out of contract. This company actually lost us our buyers by making a fabricated and false claim. We got farmers insurance to go out and do an inspection/isolation test and they came back with the answer that there was absolutely no leaking and that you really can't decipher a leak anyhow when people aren't living there using the pipes. They literally made this up and tried to scam us. They lost us our buyers. We are absolutely irate about this. They put us in a position where we have now ended up with a negative outlook on our house to any future buyers because we have had a buyer pull out of contract. We are now having to settle renting it for a year and then hoping time has passed enough for a buyer to be interested again. They cost us a very expensive and difficult outcome from their own greed. Also because we lost our buyers they not only put us in a situation of not selling but they certainly messed themselves out of making any money anyhow. Please head my warning. They flat out lied!!!
