Quality plumber who doesn't waste your time and will do the job right. He's come to our home on multiple occasions and never have I been disappointed with his work. Highly recommend. Much better than anyone else we've had here!

Rich was a very direct and personable guy. He installed a new hot water heater in my home in about an hour at a reasonable price. I will have him back for my next plumbing job.

He came and gave us an "estimate" to install new tub and shower. It was not a written estimate, I asked 3 times if this estimate included everything. He said "yes, everything out the door". So I said yes, let's did it. He said he'd call to schedule an install date. He never called. I called he finally answered and said he'd call back time setup time to take measurements. He was supposed to come the next morning he didn't show, didn't call. Finally, he came by after I called him and said he forgot what day he was supposed to be there even though we spoke the evening before. So he takes a couple measurements and asked if he gave me an estimated price yet, when I told him what he quoted me he looked at me like I was insane and said "that must have just been the price for just the tub. I can't do it for that price" This is the most unprofessional contractor I've ever dealt with. Don't waste your time with this clown.
