Eventually, I personally found the issue/source and resolved in half a day 4 hours with help of another local plumber !!!! Jack woods never found the source. I paid 450 for a solution they claimed was the issue it was not. 12 weeks later, they have audacity to send me a bill for over 1,000!! Horrible responsiveness. If you want to wait 7 weeks for for someone to not find the issue or fix anything... then send you an invoice for 1,400, please choose Jack Woods.
