| Shelly Grammer | We had plumbing and gas work done. They forgot to turn the gas on but came back quickly to do so. When we tried to use the new gas line we found a large leak. They obviously did not test the line to make sure it wasn't leaking. We are lucky my husband was smart enough to spray the line and find the leak. They did come fix the leak but I emailed Jeremy to make sure he was aware of what happened and I never heard from him. |
| Judy Stallworth | If you are looking for an honest and dependable company, JEM is the company you want. We had no water in our kitchen the day before Thanksgiving. They squeezed us in at the end of their work day. The young man worked for 2.5 hours only to find that our problem was more extensive than just needing a new faucet. Early on Thanksgiving day, Jeremy called to ask if we wanted him to come out to try something that might allow us to have water since we were hosting dinner that day. Fortunately we had a work around and was able to decline his offer but what AWESOME customer service. They did get us back up and running again. We are recommending JEM to everyone in need of plumbing services. We love this company!!! |
