Incredible! Trey and Mark were so professional. They made a great team. It was a great experience even if the disaster was not great. Corey came to our house late in that very same evening when our hot water heater decided to flood our basement. He helped me with hooking up a garden hose to stop the tank from continuing to drain all over the floor. He also went over and above to help speed up the insurance company process to install the new one so that we had hot water once again. Great business person. We highly appreciate, respect, and highly recommend his company. We now have a "go to" plumber

Nick, Jason, and one other older male from Ott Plumbing came to my home for repairs on two occasions, back-to-back, and displayed exceptional customer service. They explained in great details what repairs were needed, the amount of time allotted to complete the repairs, and provided me with a ruff estimate of how much it may be out of pocket.
