She knew the work that I needed they were not going to do. You know she gave me several numbers to call and gave me some info I didn't have or know. Was super helpful and wanted to make sure she couldn't do anything more for me before hanging up. My point is she and Wells went above and beyond just to help. That's how Business should be.
